Recently, I had the pleasure of capturing Aubri and Brad’s engagement session at Upper Onondaga Park, and let me tell you—it was nothing short of magical. Aubri and Brad hired me for their wedding and engagement session, and it was so wonderful to get to know them before the big day. I learned that Brad is into photography as well, with a particular passion for photographing automobiles. How cool is that? Aubri, on the other hand, just graduated with her bachelor’s and is starting grad school. They are such a hard-working couple with so much love and respect for each other, and I have no doubt that their barn wedding is going to be absolutely stunning.
Aubri And Brad’s Engagement Session At Upper Onondaga Park
Upper Onondaga Park offered the perfect backdrop for Aubri and Brad’s engagement session. With its majestic trees, lush greenery, and the perfect touch of sunlight filtering through the leaves, this location was nothing short of enchanting.
Aubri and Brad’s outfit choices complemented the park’s natural beauty perfectly. Aubri wore a cute white summer dress with green floral prints that flowed beautifully with the breezy weather. Brad, on the other hand, kept it classic with black pants and a crisp white shirt. Together, they looked effortlessly stylish and perfectly in sync with the outdoor setting. But what I loved the most was how they both subtly showcased their tattoos. They are the perfect tattoo couple, and it added a fun, personal touch to their photos that I absolutely loved!
One of my favorite aspects of engagement photography is finding spots that perfectly capture the couple’s love story, and Upper Onondaga Park did just that. Aubri and Brad were such naturals in front of the camera. They embraced every moment, holding each other close, gazing into each other’s eyes with so much love and adoration. Their connection was undeniable, and every shot was filled with their genuine affection. You could truly see their love shining through each frame.
The day was absolutely lovely. I couldn’t stop smiling as I watched Aubri and Brad hold each other, whisper sweet nothings, and share sweet kisses. They were naturals in front of the camera, radiating happiness and making my job so easy. One of my favorite moments was when Brad gave Aubri a playful piggyback ride. Aubri’s laughter was infectious, and you could see how much fun they were having just being together. It was these carefree, candid moments that truly captured the essence of their relationship.
Another standout moment was when Brad lifted Aubri in his arms and kissed her, all while standing in front of a charming stone bridge. It was straight out of a fairy tale—a true Disney moment! Their love was so evident in every shot, and these are the kinds of images that make engagement photography so rewarding. Every glance, every touch, every smile was filled with so much joy and affection.
As an engagement photographer, I feel so lucky to capture these early moments of a couple’s journey together. Engagement sessions are not just about taking photos; they’re about celebrating a couple’s love story in the here and now. It’s a chance for couples to relax, have fun, and really soak in the excitement of being newly engaged. With Aubri and Brad, you could tell they were enjoying every second of it. They spent the entire session smiling and laughing with each other, which made my heart so happy.
