It’s a beautiful experience getting to know each couple’s unique story and capturing their one-of-a-kind love on camera. And let me tell you, there is nothing quite like a winter wonderland to add some extra magic to the mix. Recently, I had the honor of photographing Arria and Greg’s Green Lakes State Park engagement session! The crisp air, snow-capped trees, and icy lakes set the tone for a truly enchanting session. From the couple holding hands and sharing sweet kisses to their paw-dorable dog, Nala, joining in for the session, every shot was a testament to the magic of winter romance.

Green Lakes State Park was a true gem for Arria and Greg’s engagement session, providing a picturesque backdrop for their new beginning as a couple. Despite a mild winter in Upstate NY, a recent snowstorm the night before the session transformed the place into a winter wonderland! The surroundings created a dreamy and romantic atmosphere for Arria and Greg’s engagement, and I was in pure photographer’s heaven! It was a new beginning for Greg and Arria, and I couldn’t have been happier to be a part of it. Arria and Greg, thank you for letting me capture your love in such a beautiful way.
Have you ever witnessed a couple so deeply in love that it made your heart flutter with joy? Well, I had the pleasure of capturing that exact feeling during Arria and Greg’s winter engagement shoot at Green Lakes State Park. From start to finish, every moment felt like pure magic. These two were the epitome of romance, filling every shot with their bright smiles, sweet dance moves, and tender embrace. Whether strolling hand-in-hand through a snowy forest, twirling against a stunning cobblestone backdrop, or striking poses by the frozen lake, their eyes were filled with joy and warmth, radiating pure love and affection toward each other. Watching them get lost in each other’s love was a beautiful sight to behold.
Arria and Greg’s profound bond and genuine tenderness toward each other had me absolutely smitten. And if that wasn’t enough, the addition of their adorable furry friend, Nala, took things to a whole new level of cuteness! Despite not being used to posing for photos, Nala was a total natural and blended effortlessly with the snowy surroundings. She was such a good girl, striking poses for the camera like a pro. It felt like she was an integral part of their love story, perfectly woven into their photos. With the snow-laden trees and frozen lake as a backdrop, it seemed like the universe had conspired to create this winter wonderland just for them.
Arria and Greg have been together a very long time, and they’re now taking the next big step in their love story by planning their long-awaited wedding. And what makes it even more extraordinary is that they’ve opted for an intimate ceremony followed by a grand celebration with their loved ones at Timber Banks in Baldwinsville, NY. It’s heartwarming to witness the start of this new chapter in their journey together. Arria and Greg, the world is your oyster, and I’m sure the future holds countless breathtaking moments for you two.
