I love being a Syracuse NY wedding photographer. Being able to travel around the state and discover new areas is so much fun for me. Alyssa and Josh are getting married next year at Wolf Oak Acres. Their wedding is going to be filled with so many jokes and laughs. After spending the day with these two at Canadarago Lake, I have no doubt about this.

Canadarago Lake is a truly beautiful area. The foliage was unreal. We used all trails to find this spot. We started off at the overlook, but with the overgrown trees, it was hard to truly capture the view. There were so many trails to walk around and enjoy the scenery though.
I am so excited to share some of the photos from their session with you. First I will share photos from walking around the trails, then I will share some from the CUTEST picnic setup Alyssa did, then finally some champagne fun. I am a really big fan of my couples bringing a bottle of champagne to their engagement session.
This Canadarago Lake picnic was the ABSOLUTE cutest! Alyssa has a vision for mismatched china for her weddings, so she is starting to collect tons of glassware. I am so happy she wanted to incorporate some of this in her engagement photos.
The photos below are a prime example of why you should bring a bottle or two of champagne to your session. These are the cutest photos. What better way to celebrate being engaged?! Also, these photos would be amazing for save the dates. I always like to finish a session with photos of the ring. How amazing is Alyssa’s ring?!
